Ordered two items, neither of which arrived on time. In fact one did not arrive at all. When I sought a refund I was asked to "wait another week" on 3 occasions. Eventually got the refund.

I routinely check prices, and TomTop regularly comes in with the best prices. Lots of great stuff and the best prices! What's not to like!

One start because of customer service is not there lot of things happen. From item being late 7 weeks to the item being broken when it got here I have tryed to chat to them about this with no luck o and the online chat is alwas closed if you are going to sell to Australia can not not put a return in as the website has not updated

The seller was helpful but his courier (DHL) made 2 weeks to deliver products from Germany to Greece

Pb with an item. Tomtop offer a refund, I accept but refund never arrive and Tomtop always say refund was done! When I ask for reference of refund, tomtop never answer!

My order is not delivered even after 60 days of dispatched, even in tracking it shows the parcel is with China post still they are not helping out neither refunding my money nor issuing replacement. Their customer support is very weak, takes 7-10 days to get reply from them. Product is very good.

I ordered an item on 3/3/17. Two (2) months later it still hasn't arrived. My credit card was charged shortly after the order was placed. I wrote to them twice and got no reply. They are despicable thieves of the worst description and I will never deal with them again.

I bought a camera on this website and it took more than 3 weeks to delivery from CA to MA (description said 2-5 business days). When I go back and write a review for delivery, It would not allow me to post any bad comment on the site as it said "tip error". Could buy the same product on amazon with better service.
