My package never arrived and they are trying to tell me that it is my responsibility and that I should pay for the products. No help whatsoever from their customer service

Great shop, multiple shipping address with different prices but it is important to avoid importation custom tax.
Did not have any complain so far for the multiple buy's.
I like the promotions, even if one week later that are even better promotions.
I cannot get items cheaper in ebay or aliexpress.

I bought a helicopter kit that is missing parts and can't even get them to answer my emails. My guess is they are over whelmed with pissed off customers or may just not care, or both. They are really bad! From 0 to 10 they get a zero.

Product took a little longer to arrive. Half of the batteries worked great. But for the customer service, I am having a difficult time getting them to realize that I had 3 units go bad and they can' t see that I have 6 batteries and not 3. Great price if they follow through.

Great customer service and products. Enjoy doing business with them. Very responsive to my concerns with my orders. Products are sent from China so there is usually a somewhat prolonged shipping/transit time but the prices and quality make up for it. Usually worth the wait.

Problem to tilt the yunteng monopod head even after un-tightened the screw. It is tight and needs a bit more energy than normal to tilt up and down. Panning left and right is smooth. If I send back to Tomtop, it requires more money than the cost of monopod. After a few emails back and forward, they stop replying to me. No solution at the end. Beware!

I was able to find and order the part I needed very easily. Checkout and payment were also easy. Only "down" side was the time it took to get the part. I don't remember if expedited shipping was available or not, but if it was, that would have solved my only "down" part of this review.

I ordered several items from Tomtop. The items are coming from local warehouse as Chinese. I never had a problem. They are very professionnal and fast. The item is well packaged and correspond to the description

I have Received the bracelet B15P, order number AN17C15F4938-YEB1L0.
About 3 weeks it is worked well. But yesterday it was stopped working and it cannot be turned on. The screen is constantly black, not responding to the button, not charging. The bracelet is not dropped, no water enters.
I have sent messages and e-mail to TOMTOP. No answers now.
Very disappointed and upset with such attitude.
