Impossible to contact your company, I have bought an item (more then one) and it was missing the USB cable for electricity, now I have a Clock that is useless, all dark and can't see the time, I want to know if you will send me the USB cable for the ac outlet or I should send you back the item for a full refund. Tomtop is the worst peice of hustlercompany I ever have dealed with.
They sold me a drone (Hubsan H507A) and the charger was no good, would`nt charge, the battery was defect, and when I wrote to them, they keep on asking for pictures, and they get them, but then they want video and sfuff, but I NEVER get a new charger and battery.
SO I was nessesery to buy a new charger + battery from another dealer her in AliExpress: WZ Global store, and THEY sent it fast, and it was working, so about TOMTOP, is my recomedation: DONT EVER USE TOMTOP, ITS A HUSTLERCOMPANY, AND THEY NEVER REFUND THE DESTROYD STUFF THEY SENT TO PEOPLE, IF YOUR ORDER IS BROKEN BY ARRIVEL, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT YOURSELF, BECOURSE TOMTOP NEVER REFUND ANYTHING...

Ordered an expensive drone as it said Usually ships in hours with 3 to 6 day delivery.
3 full days on its still in processing mode and no answer to three emails.
Seems replies to Facebook page are auto and all replies here and on Google play store are a generic copy and paste to pacify the customer to think something will be done.
If it is 3 or 5 day processing say that. Taken money under false pretense and no customer service. Don't do your copy and paste reply sort out my order BN17E22L3632-H29ZXE and have it shipped ASAP with a tracking number or refund my money.
And don't ask for my email address here as you have ALL my details with my account under that number.
