They forced me to send them a video of the problem and after more then a month of forth, they asked me to send the product back which cost more then the original product
A shop full of cheaper goods than it offers to competitors. An advantage for European customers is a warehouse in Germany that offers a quick delivery time, but with a surcharge for postage. The goods are seamless, everything is fine, and you may also get a gift at the first purchase. The customer line and communication is excellent. I only recommend the store.
The ad Tomtop published was FALSE because the battery they sent is NOT Original (Original SUBOTECH 7.4V 1500mAh Lipo Battery).
Also the battery is damaged and I still haven´t got money refund or resend.

Was contacted by Tomtop customer support on June 2nd asking me to wait 1-3 days and they will make sure to ship it and provide me with shipping info. 7 days later still nothing. Not even an email to explain or provide update. What a joke site.

NEVER BUY FORM THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This is the worst site ever with the most untrustworthy people behind this site! I received an incomplete order in the beginning of April. A adapter for my flash was missing which was very essential for flash to fit on any modifiers. I emailed them and Sarah from support kindly assured me that I could just go buy a new one and they will refund the money for the adapter. I went out and bought one 36usd as I needed the flash for a job. Sarah then tells me they can't reimburse me for the part I just bought. Too expensive they said even though they knew the price ahead of time. They then offered me 20usd instead which I said NOOOOO to. What a joke. Sarah then tells me they would send me the adapter and send me the trackingnumber. Guess what!? Tomorrow it's June and I've still not heard anything in regards to my part. Surprise! I paid 100% of the price now please deliver 100% of the product.

Well, where do I start? Maybe introduce Tomtop.com as a fairytale with a lot of fiction? This is probably the most terrible online wholesale shop in the world. The people working there are obvious trained to lie, and can't give a correct answer on anything. I can't recommend my worst enemy to shop at Tomtop. They will probably never give you the goods, just take your money. My order wasn't big, and I'm glad i didn't make it bigger due to the hassel of getting the order dispatched. When you try to contact their support they will probably go offline, or disconnect the chatting.
LAST WARNING:
DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

Shipping too 2x as long as expected. Customer service was impossible to deal with as all they kept telling me was the routing # and not helping with any Qs.
One of 2 items purchased was a VERY LOW quality and made incorrectly to hold the AAA batteries it needs. Customer Service just told me to "use AAA batteries" and had no reply whatsoever about the issue.

Ive purchased quadcopter by 29 april of 2017 by order number: AN17D29O4926-QY51LP. After only one week they sent it, very slow and bad.
Today is 30 of may 2017 and i steel didnt receive my quad, TomTop dont want to return money or help to search the package.
By the way, from tracking system its not left even China mainland, so its still ther.
