This company is bribing people to give a positive review which I can not give. I purchased a $40 USD product which stopped working the first time it was used and then they would not stand behind it. When I tried to get a reapir or refund they did not want ot take it back and offered $15 USD as compensation. When I turned this down the made a final offer of $20 USD. I decided to accept this instead of loosing everything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have shopped many times with Tomtop but my latest was the worse. I paid for 6 day expedited shipping and the item took over a month to arrive. I attempted several times to cancel the order when I noticed that after 10 days they still had not shipped from the plant yet but none of my emails were answered

I made an order there for the first time. I ordered headphones, the price suited, quick answers of support, but oochen long delivery to the Leningrad region.
I would have rated the site with 5 starts before my last customer service experience. For one of the products I bought ( a car stereo) I asked about a feature (Bluetooth connection) that does not exist on the product I received but it is advertised as a feature on the website. They did acknowledge the problem and they offered a credit. I was OK with the offer and I was patiently waiting for the credit to show up (as they mentioned it will be few days). After about two weeks I asked for an update... and they send me a number without any further details. Even today I have no idea what that number stands for. After few more days I send another email to customer support requesting more info; I did not receive an answer. And this process went for few months now... still no answer. I tried different email addresses as well... still no answer. Since then I did not purchase anymore items from them... and I don't plan to do that till they at least answer back.

They finally responded to my request and deposited the money in my account. I guess the review worked...

Shipped since may 14th. Stock standard reply to my email x3 " looking into it" so frustrating, I just want my purchase. EBay seem to be accepting there response, now it's Chinese dragon boat celebrations and they are out of the office! I would never buy anything from them so BUYER BEWARE and EBay need to kick them to the curb. The trouble is they claim to be posting from Sydney and in fact are posting from china so that lures you into a false sender of security

It has been over 2 months since I made my order. I contacted Tomtop a few times but they never responded so I had to open a Paypal dispute. I am waiting for the outcome. I had purchased a GoolRC 210 for $89.99. The fact that they did not reach out to me and I had to open a dispute tells me they are not responsible, have poor customer service (no customer service) and are not a professional business. I will never buy from Tomtop again.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
