I have ordered an Android TV Box from tomtop.com, they gave me discount on my forst purchase, I was not expecting but I got the device in 2 days, as they have their warehouses in EU and US, so shipping is fast and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend it to all of my friends.
I placed a drone order April 9th. After 6 weeks, I asked where my order was. Was told to wait another 2 weeks. Still no product. They offered a refund or they would resend. When I asked if they had resent, I am told they will send "asap". Will not tell me if or when they will resend. First and last time I will order from TomTop.
Update June 5- I finally got an answer to when they will resend. TomTop support is now saying my order is under "financial inspection"
This company is completely dishonest and unethical. Do NOT order from them.

There is a wide variety of products and a nice selection of each. We have jumped on the fidget spinner bandwagon but can't keep up with the costs. Tomtop is the perfect place for these purchases. We have purchased three so far. Even though the products are being shipped from China to the US, the turnaround is relatively quick (about 15 days). The products we have received so far are of decent quality. I am omitting one star because we ordered a colorful fidget and a plain yellow one arrived. I emailed customer service. They had a speedy reply but it was lackluster "ok please keep it." I was not offered a new replacement on the actual product I purchased. Fortunately, I didn't spend much so it wasn't much of a loss. The checkout process is simple and quick. All three times, I got free shipping which impressed me.

I recently purchased an android box for an unbelievable price which made me think that perhaps something was wrong with the box. I took the chance anyway and made the buy and here I am writing about it. The box was as good as any inexpensive android box I had purchased from other online stores at almost half the price. It has performed as well as the other boxes and I use it every day since I bought it. As for shipping, this box was shipped from California and arrived via standard mail in about a week. "A Good Price for a Good product that includes fast shipping!" (I paid a few dollars for the shipping but the price was so low that it made no difference).
Even though tomtop replied to my original rating on this site, when I replied back, still nothing... waiting for paypal to refund me,

My first order from tomtop, said would ship in 72 hours. After 10 days and no update to shipping and no answer to countless emails to [email protected] and [email protected] I had to start a paypal claim. I will never even try to order from them again. I'll stick to banggood.com and gearbest.com, never had a problem with either or ebay. Stay far away... just a simple reply would have avoided the review and paypal claim. They havent answered paypal claim either.
Still have not hear anything from their support and still no money on my account this is 100% a scam site

Worst company ever don't answer e-mails don't answer on the online chat... no information what so ever after you place your order and today i logged in to my account and see that my order is refunded but they still selling same product and the money is not back on my account...
