I have placed an order from Germany WH, i also chose fast shipping with extra fee. They said that they have stock and i will receive in 5 days. After 8 days my order is still processing and no one answers my emails.

I had both 2 times from them and everything was ok. But on my last order, the order has not been shipped and nobody answers for a long time, on any email or paypal dispute. The order also had priority shipping.

I haven't received my order which was meant to be shipped in 10-20 days. Its been 42 days and I've tried contacting TomTop 3 times. No answers to any of my emails or online chat messages. I'm leaving for overseas next week and won't be back for 3 months. I needed this item for my trip. Very disappointed in TomTop.

I ordered headphones over a week ago, it said it would take 2 days to ship, still have not gotten them, tried to call but it doesn't go through, tried to get hold of them online, but couldn't sign in, I fear I'm screwed, I would stay away from this site if I were you

I placed the order and have not received it after more than a month. Tried to reach support but never heard back. Not sure if this is a reall site or scam as this was my first time with the site but have not received a single item yet.
June 26 2017: To be fair with Tomtop I would like to inform that I finally receive all my orders (first order received after 40 days and the final received after 45 days). Reported shipping time was 10-20 business days. Technically it took almost twice the time. For free shipping products, based on my experience it is fair to assume that it will take twice then the suggested shipping time.

Love to search for tech products in Tomtop. Items available in multiple warehouses (EU, China,...). Paypal payments available. Items have photo, video and text reviews. Super cheap products. I love it!
