My experience with tobi has been wonderful. My order came on time and the products I received were high quality. I was satisfied with all of the products I received except for one. A pair of pants I received were too big for me. I may have to return them, but other than that, overall a good experience.
I ordered a dress in 2 sizes knowing I would at least be returning one. I understood "free returns in 10 days" to mean that if I returned the item with in 10 days of receipt I would get my money back. Neither dress fit and now I am stuck with a credit to a place whose clothing doesn't fit me and whom I believe has questionable business practices. I find the fact that you have no phone customer service to be frustrating as well as sketchy. I'd like a refund to my credit card.
