I ordered this hogtunes amp and speaker kit back on 10/5 /2022, and then cancelled on 11/7/2022, and made a phone call and sent several Emails asking for my refund. Todays date is 10/17/2023 and still have not received any response, from both Emails and phone messages, and still nothing. I have hired a lawyer, Benjamin Palatiere, he is located right in Texas close to the titan business, he is still in litigation with my case at this time. Im hoping anybody reading this review will check with him for your case against this scam business. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY (titan) AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. And i request anybody checking in for information here STAY AWAY.
Ordered a part on May 4,2023. Originally told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Receipt said 4-6 weeks. It is now over 4 months later and we don't have the part and every email and voice message to Titan has been ignored. Can't get anyone to answer the phone there. They'll take your money but good luck getting your parts. Buyer beware!
They take your credit card information and dont even order the products. I would give zero stars if possible.
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Titan Customs, LLC, and to file a complaint regarding their failure to deliver the product I ordered. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues with this company.
On February 28,2023, I placed an order for a rear wheel (Penthose SMT-PH-SP) for my custom 2012 Harley Davidson Street Glide from Titan Customs, LLC. The total amount charged for the order was $1105.34, inclusive of tax and shipping fees. Shortly after the transaction, I received an email confirming that my order would be shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Nine weeks later, having received no updates on the status of my order, I attempted to contact Titan Customs multiple times, only to reach their voicemail on each occasion. Despite my persistence over the course of a week, it was only when I called and selected the option to place a new order that I was able to speak to a representative. Regrettably, the representative informed me that she was unable to assist and assured me that my concerns would be passed on to the owner, Chris Dading. However, Mr. Dading never contacted me as promised.
Frustrated with the lack of progress, I decided to email Mr. Dading directly to inquire about the status of my order. Eventually, I received a response from him stating that my order was still in production and should be shipped within two weeks. Despite this assurance, I had to wait an additional 8 weeks until May 18th for any update. At that point, I sent another email to Mr. Dading, this time requesting a refund so that I could purchase the product from a more reliable source. Mr. Dading attributed the delay to a surge in summer orders, which made no sense given that my order was placed prior to the supposed surge. Nevertheless, he claimed that my order would be shipped within two more weeks.
Unfortunately, as of today, an additional seven weeks have passed, and my order has yet to be shipped. The status on Titan Customs' website still shows it as "in process."
During my research on Titan Customs, LLC, I discovered numerous poor ratings and extremely negative reviews on various internet platforms. It appears that my experience is not an isolated incident, but rather a reflection of their consistent business practices. At this stage, I feel that Titan Customs, LLC has deceived me by promising a product they were unable to deliver. I now insist on a refund without any further delay. I am prepared to pursue legal action through the court system. Waiting any longer for the product is no longer acceptable, especially considering that my bike has been in the shop since February, awaiting the arrival of this wheel. Additionally, I continue to incur storage fees for my bike, which is entirely unfair and contrary to good business practice.
I strongly believe that if Titan Customs, LLC cannot fulfill their obligations in a timely manner, they should not be allowed to sell products. Their actions have caused unnecessary inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress.
Buyers Beware and stay away!
I ordered a TBR 2-1 Exhaust in May of 22 I still have not received it nor gotten my money back and have tried to work with them numerous times. Now they don't even take my call
Ordered an exhaust that was advertised as in stock. When I found out it was on back order the next day, I asked to cancel the order. All seemed fine. After 12 days and still not refund I was told they were unable to refund my money due to some kind of audit and that I had to file a dispute with my bank. So, I have to go through my bank and wait 90 days for a near $1000 refund on a product that they did not have and was never shipped.
I placed an order in February, 2022. Was told it would ship in 4-7 days. After a several weeks and still no item, I cancelled my order. It is now April, 2023 and I have yet to receive a refund. I have sent numerous emails, and called several times…all with no response.
They charged me but refused to ship my item. I called them numerous time and they kept lying and saying my item was going to ship. They refused to refund my money and I eventually had to get my credit card company involved to go after them.
I order a lot of parts from different companies never ordered from Titan before but needed floor boards no one else had the service was excellent got the order emails and the parts arrived in about a week I will definitely order from them again
I have nothing but good to say about this company ordered parts were delivered 2 days later. What seems to be the problem?I had a good experience
My husband ordered a Metzeler tire, rotors and a rim for the fraudulent non-existence of a company. He was told the tire was out of stock. So, everything was shipped but the tire. My husband then called them and said just wanted a refund of the money and he will get a tire from someone else. They tried to convince him to buy other stuff instead. He declined and asked if he could just get his money back. Lori said OK, and that Chris was going to send a check for the tire. He has called Lori 25 to 30 times. All she says is she is going to tell Chris. Chris has not reached out to my husband. He made his purchase in March of 2022. He had the Tumball Police Department go there for the theft of his money. This has started a police report to build against Chris and Titan Customs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ! YOU WILL REGRET IT AND BE WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW LIKE US! SCAM SCAM! Ordered a lepera seat October 2022 it's now February 2023 and I still haven't got my seat or my money back. Pretty sure they blocked my phone number
These clowns screwed me out of 150 bucks. I called them wanting a refund after waiting 6mo and they told me I have to file a dispute through my bank. I did this and my bank immediately reversed the amount Titan scammed me out of. 5 weeks later my bank charged me again saying Titan fought it. The brothers and I are headed to their scam house Monday... They Chose the wrong one
Ordered a seat for my sportster in Sept everytimeI call they said it will be shipped tomorrow. Same story about 3or 4 times. What the hell is going on? Are they a complete scam? I would not buy from them again. Looks like I got beat out of $278.00+
I ordered a tuner over six months ago for my Harley Davidson, when I ordered it the website said it was in stock, once the order was placed they said it would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I waited for months and spoke to them by phone and email several times during this time, it never shipped. When I finally called about getting a refund, I was told the only way I might get my money back would be by filing a dispute with my bank.
Ordered at rims for 2600 waited for over 8 weeks nothing finally got a hold of them and she said they had been trying to contact me which is a total lie because they had a question about my rims I never once received a phone call I then told her to cancel them what she did and proceeds to tell me they're going to refund me which they never did contacted them a couple more times takes forever to even get through to them and the only way you can is if you hit the number one button and want to place an order. She pretty much told me that they're not going to refund me and I should contact my credit card company. They lie there thieves in this company should be investigated
They are good at accepting charge cards to pay for merchandise. However, they do not ship product and they refuse to credit your charge card. You must go through your bank to get a refund. Product was back ordered 2-3 weeks, then the back order changed to 4 months. They charged my card on day 1 and refused to issue a credit when the order was cancelled. Be very careful
I ordered slip on pipes for my Harley May 17,2022. They told me in the order it would take 2-3 weeks. As of today, July 8th, they have not shipped me anything. I've sent them 3 emails enquiring about the products shipment plan. Titan has not responded to any email. WTF! I've now gone to Master Card to try and get my money back. Don't buy from Titan
I placed an order in July of last YEAR! I knew it may take time so I was patient, obviously, as it's been almost a full year. With me calling multiple, multiple times throughout the year and emailing and trying to find out the status, I have yet to receive my MRI center stand that I ordered almost ONE YEAR ago. I finally spoke with someone and cancelled my order. I was told I would receive my refund within 7-10 business days. We're on day 14 now and still no refund. No explanation. No emails. No returned calls. No one answers my calls when I take time out of my day to try and resolve this. At this point, I shouldn't be surprised. I will never understand how this business is actually still in business. The reviews and reputation titan carries at this point speaks volumes. It humorous to me at this point that the company will respond and comment to the very few positive reviews received but yet silent to the reviews that explain how the business truly operates. The audacity to over promise and under deliver, while taking customers hard earned money is astounding. At the utmost very least, the company could at least have the decency to explain situations to customers if unable to fulfill orders. The company also, at the very least, could provide a timely refund and try to resolve the issues rather than just having the customer "figure it out". We're not talking about a measly $7.00. We're talking about seven HUNDRED dollars. Thankfully, unlike this company - there are still great businesses out there - who treat customers like actual people. Matt himself, from MRI has answered my call each and every time I reach out to him. He has taken the time to try and fix YOUR MISTAKES at HIS expense. He actually took it upon himself to help me with my center stand instead of having to go through you all. I ordered from Matt and my stand is now arriving in less than a week and at a cheaper price. Although I have had to pay almost DOUBLE what I expected to pay for a stand, I am so thankful for Matt and MRI. I expect my refund ASAP, enough is enough. I will be contacting my bank and taking further legal actions.
You will not get what you order and they will not respond back. Ordered a set of rims. Sent two different size front rims. Now will not respond to emails or answer phone calls. How do you supposedly run a motorcycle business and not know the difference between a front and rear rim?
Answer: There is no customer service there's like three people that work there but they make it sound real professional and they're all three thieves you have to hit number one to say that you're calling a place an order and she she might answer
Answer: They will not send you a refund you'll have to dispute the charges they're completely thieves there and should not have a business they need to be investigated immediately
