Liars-fraud

Got me for over a thousand dollars! They lie! I ordered a front wheel in January and now it's June! No wheel and now no answers by email or phone! I was assured on getting my wheel or a refund! Chris Darling said they are a 10 million a year company and they don't need to scam ppl…, we'll that's a lie! I wish I read the reviews before I bought the wheel like I usually do. Filing a small claims with the Court

I placed an order for grips and I have been checking the order status which shows only that I placed an order. Now weeks later it shows order canceled so I check my credit card yep they got their money but they haven't given it back to me! I've called and emailed them and now I've disputed the charge on my card. Don't buy from them!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE WITH TITAN CUSTOMS AND THE OWNER (CHRIS)
WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY AND CHRIS IS IN HOW HE REPRESENTS THIS $#*!TY COMPANY.
HE CARES ABOUT NOTHING BUT MAKING HIS MONEY.
MY ISSUE IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN AND NOW HE WILL NOT RESPOND DISPITE HIM ASKING ME IF I WAS DONE THREATENING TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FIGHT THE CHARGES THAT HE WOULD FIX MY PROBLEMS.

I ordered a part for my son for Christmas. When I received the part it was wrong I needed to return it I left a message on the customer service number and we waited six weeks to get a return call. When the customer service representative call me back which her name was Lori explain to the situation and she had the audacity to tell me that after 30 days they could not take it back and get me the right part I need it even though it took her six weeks to call me back. I have never dealt with a company like this before I would not advise anybody to order from them. Very sad they need to train these representatives better. I wouldn't even give it one star. Also I sent an email to the owner of the company with no return phone call.

SCAM! BEWARE!

Do not use! SCAM! Ordered a wheel, tire and rotors 5 months ago paid in full. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. I contacted them 10 weeks later to see where my order was, they told me it would be a couple more weeks due to shipping issues. This happened about 3 more times, and refuse to refund my money! Chris emailed and said he would let me know when he gets an update from Roland Sands. I heard nothing. They (Chris, Laurie, and Brandon) will not answer the phone or emails now. They got me for over $1800!

WARNING, THEY ARE fraudulent.

Poor communication, lies and sent tracking numbers that wasn't for my items, I spent over 4k in the first week of December, got 2 a month later, a 3rd item 3 months later and still have revealed a 4th Item. They don't answer thr phone a barely respond to emails, I had to buy 2 items twice because bike was in shop and was told item should be getting toe soon which was lies, was told by Chris that he would refund my money on the 17 o Feb for the 4th item I'm still waiting on my money, but I had to buy form a different vendor and got MRI in 2 days. These places shouldn't sales Parts They don't have or know they can't get.

Bad rap!

I recently made my first purchase from Titan. Placed my order on Sunday 2/27/2022 and received my order on Wednesday 3/2/2022. Every thing I ordered came faster than I expected, and in good shape! After reading the reviews on Titan I was nervous. Not only did I get GREAT service, but I saved $377.00 by ordering from Titan. I WILL BUY FROM TITAN EVERY CHANCE I GET.! Thank you Titan. Dave

So i ordered some S&S goodies for my harley build from Titan customs lucky they had wat i needed and they wanted to do business with me so i placed my order got immediate order # happy with my online purchase, i told a buddy about my find and buy he quickly said did u not read reviews b4 u paid i said im not into what others say i like to experience things for my self and he said we will see! So i left it alone the next morni g he send me links to reviews i didnt beleive it so he kinda scared me a bit so i looked my self and there was alot of bad BUT VERY OLD REVIEWS, so i reached out via email and got a response with in 10 to 15 mins letting me know wat was going on, i was speaking with Brandon. Sales manager very professional, and concerned with my needs gave me the info and it was done, just like Brandon said everything played out exactly day by day so i oreder this 2/18/22 and got it today 3/3/22 this is a legit company guys. Im very happy with my service and products and very well packed as well 10 stars keep up the good work thanks

Cant get one of these of the company is fake!

Tri Glide Suspension

I ordered a Legend lift bracket set from Titan and then saw the reviews and had some concern but, figured I'll wait and see. I received the package a day earlier than originally speculated with no damage or problems. I then ordered a set of Legend A Air Shocks and not only did the package come without any problems but, I ordered it on Monday and received it yesterday(Thursday) despite a snowstorm hitting the east coast. I can't speak to the issues others have had but, I've had nothing but good experiences with this company to date. Thank you Titan Customs.
P.S.- I live in NY State in the middle of Covid Communism Lockdown.

I purchased a helmet for $120 in August and never got it. I have called left messages. I can't believe that they are still in business. Taking my Money is a crime and I am going to seek legal counsel so that they don't continue doing this to other people it is not right and the should PAY consequences for stealing. I have given them ample opportunity to send the helmet I purchased or refund my money. Crooks!

Don't not order from this place

Do not order anything from this place. I paid for a 720 dollar center stand its been 36 days and nothing. Tried calling email nothing. They will take you money right away but will not contact or ship your stuff. Tried giving them extra time cuz of the holidays but still no response from titan customs.

ORDERED A WHEEL IN JANUARY 6 WK TURN AROUND. ITS NOW DECEMBER. WAS PROMISED A REFUND FROM CHRIS VIA EMAIL NEVER TURNED UP. MY CUSTOMER FINALLY GOT SICK OF WAITING SO I REFUNDED HIM. HAVE TRIED RINGING NO ANSWER TIME DIFFERENCE DIFFICULTIES BUT I HAVE RUNG WHEN THEY ARE OPEN. I AM IN AUSTRALIA AND WOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ( HAVE HAD A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WANTING TO BUT NO WAY).

Fantastic

I ordered my mustang seat online when I was told by the manufacturere that the seat would be on back order a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Not only did I get immediate correspondence with Titan via email, but I saved over $300 and recieved my front seat with backrest and rear seast in less than a week.
My seats were delivered way ahead of the 2 weeks originally expected. I had a question after my order via email and Titan responded via phone within 10 minutes of my posting. Fantastic customer service and incredible savings. I will most certainly recommend this company. Thank you Titan.

Couldn't fill the order. When I requested a refund they said ok, but now it's been 5 months and they refuse to take my call. I called from another line and was connected, then promptly hung up on. Called back another time and selected the accounting department and the same thing again. I believe this company is broke and just can't supply what they promised and would go belly up if they refunded all of the money from outstanding orders they have open. Stay away from them or you'll regret it! Rudest people I've ever talked. Read the reviews! Everyone is having similar experiences. They will threaten you with their "corporate law firm" and their 10million a year business, but its all BS.

STAY AWAY

Ordered an air cleaner at the beginning of September. Called the first time and they stated they needed to get with the manufacturer and they would email us. No email so after 6 phone calls and an email saying they needed a year make and model which was provided at the time of order I get told by Craig that he made a mistake and that I don't get to ask him to ship it overnight because of his mistake. I told him he needed to make it right and to, d me to shut up and listen to him and told me I must be a Biden supporter and to, d me he is going to cancel my order cuz he doesn't need to deal with someone yelling at him over a bull$#*! order and that I was the type of person if he were to ship it overnight I would $#*! cuz it didn't get delivered til 5pm. So long stormy short the are crooks and I would stay as far away from them as possible and unfortunately I can't post a picture as I don't have the product
