DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and then won't send your item if you buy online. Then when you try to contact them, it's straight up impossible. No matter what email on the website you try, what extension you dial, or if you leave messages, they won't answer or call you back, or email you. I tried buying a helmet from them and waited and waited. I never received a tracking number but of course they charged my card that same day. I never received the helmet. I honestly don't even know how these people are still in business. They're horrible. Go look at the better business bureau reviews, they're rated as F. I wish I had done a google search before buying from them. There are horrible reviews all over the internet.
Worst of the worst. Completely stole my money. Zero explanation for it. Took my money, wont answer calls or emails. Worthless, dead beat people.
I ordered a Dirty Air Rear Air Ride and an MRI Electric Kickstand from Titan Customs. I received my Air Ride but not my kickstand. I tried calling and emailing Titan for 2 weeks trying to inform them that if my kickstand was supposed to arrive with my shipment it was not included and if it wasn't I inquired as to when I could anticipate receiving it. I left 5 emails and 6 phone calls and no one ever responded. My order was paid in full and I was getting frustrated with no response. Since the shipping department could not respond to my inquiries I tried calling other departments to see if I could get through to someone that could get me someone to talk to. Every call just went to the same general voicemail box. I decided to send a polite email to every department listed on their website inquiring about my shipment in anticipation that someone in the company might get it and say what is going on? Why isn't isn't anyone following up with customers? Instead I received the very opposite They said that they were going to cancel and refund my order because I was harassing their staff and it would not be tolerated. If trying to find out status of a shipment that was paid for is harassing then they don't know the first thing about customer service. This company is a joke and so is Chris Dading that sent me the email stating that. I will say they did respond promptly when I sent an email to every department, but couldn't once respond to my other 11 contacts in the past two weeks.

Ordered a seat from Titan then read some reviews after I ordered. I got worried because of bad reviews. I left it on order and it came a few days later than expected but what doesn't with this covid crap going on. Seat what in perfect shape and was the cheapest place to get it from. Keep up this customer service and the bad reviews will all get buried in the past. Thanks Titan!
HORRIBLE COMPANY. Ordered parts and my credit card was charged the same day of the order. Emailed several days later and requested a shipping date as none had been received. Was told by Chris D. That it would ship in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks with no information, sent another email requesting an update. No response. After 4 weeks sent another email requesting an update. No response. After 5 weeks sent another email. Received auto-notice that my order had been cancelled and my card would be refunded in 5-7 business days. When I email asking why my order had been cancelled, Chris D. Responded that I was being belligerent and "we are no longer doing business with you". He further went on to state that "Impatience is a personal problem you should work out for yourself." If I could give less than 1 star I would. Once they have your money, they don't care. When you ask a legitimate question he will hurl insults and cancel your order. Laughable that this "company" is in business.
I have order a performance Machine pulley from this company mid june of this year... and now is September 18... all i got was a tracking # last week from chris but now a week later still nothing has been send to the ups center from this company or from their warehouse... and on top of that Chris call me and raising his voice at me telling me that i cannot get a refund even tho its been 3 months now from the date i order... so who is the victim here...
Ordered 13 days ago. Got order confirmation. Never got a tracking number and have called 5 times in the last week. I've left 5 messages calling them 4 different days. I have a bad feeling a lot of the reviews I'm now reading are true, and that I'm not going to get my parts or my money back. Would not refund my money after I cancel my order. The order was cancel before they ship it. Which I dont think they even was going to ship item
Certainly do not buy anything from them because they receive the money but never send the purchased goods. I go to the Belgian police to report this

I ordered s set of custom wheels and tires for a Harley Davidson motorcycle from titancustoms.com on July 24 2018. I paid when I ordered. The salesman's name was Chris Dading (I wonder if it was even his real name). In October 2018 I received an email from the salesman saying that there was a problem with the coating on the wheels, the manufacturer was working to correct the problem. It is now February 2019 and I still have not received either my wheels and tires or a refund. I have tried to call and email, only get recordings when I call, no real response when I email (I received one reply, someone named Danny said he was looking in to it). Do not order from this website unless you like to throw away money.
Answer: There is no customer service there's like three people that work there but they make it sound real professional and they're all three thieves you have to hit number one to say that you're calling a place an order and she she might answer
Answer: They will not send you a refund you'll have to dispute the charges they're completely thieves there and should not have a business they need to be investigated immediately
