I had been a loyal customer of Tire Rack, but, 2 or 3 years ago, I had a puncture that made the tire unusable. I filed a claim under the road hazard warantee - I had a puncture on another vehile but as the first claim was not being honoured I did not file in order to avoid further confusion. After repeatedly contacting the warantee company, and after about 6 months or more, they finally paid, but the second tire was now too late to claim. This was altogether such an unsatisfactory expirience I have bought tires at Walmart since.

So easy to order tires and the proces can't be beat. I've scoured the internet and talked to local dealers and still, Tire Rack has the best prices and best in stock. Free Road Hazard Insurance can't be beat either.
