Was happy with tire rack the first time so now I'm back. It's very easy to order tires.

I'm a disabled veteran of 29 yrs and I say that to say this! I would have never ship tires to my home for that reason! When I went back online to order a second pair of tires within about a two week period and didn't see the installers I had used the previous time so I called and talked to a Rep who acknowledged the issue and guaranteed me that they would be shipped to the previous installer I'd used! When I called to find out why my tires had not made it to the location I was standing to be told that I should've looked at my email! NO YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD BE SENT TO THE SAME INSTALLER I USED TWO WEEKS PRIOR! I had to pay someone to take the tires to the shop! Unacceptable!

Ordered twice before, extremely efficient and cost effective, no hassles from sales people.

My order was cancelled due to a lack of communication between salespeople.
I ordered a set set of front tires that didn't match or the MFG didn't make in the rear size of the car. I'm no tire expert but I know how my car handles and what I need to get to make it handle a certain way. Then when I had to re-order my preferred installer wasn't on the list.
1st contact was Colton he stated that the tires would shipped(digital trail).
2nd contact was Amos he stated "that I didn't get back with the".
3rd contact was Vance said he can manipulate system to get to my preferred
installer
