I had it narrowed down to two different tires, your site would not let me order them more expensive tires telling me that they were bigger than 35 inch outer diameter when they were only 26 inch diameter, trailer tires. When I went with the closeout tires, everything identical with the size and the shop, it let them go through appropriately. So I guess it actually saved me some money.

I live seeing specs and reviews on my tires before committing to the purchase but feel for the cost it should include free installations. There should be more authorized installers as well. Its already more expensive to have to pay for the mount & balance but it's necessary to add alignment as to avoid unnecessary uneven wear on the tires increasing the overall cost more.
This is my second set of tires from TireRack and the process is amazingly easy!
