The tifes arrived quickly and with a hassle free install process. Buying tires online can be scary because you would imagine the packaging would be huge. These shipped right to the shop that installed them unless than an hour!

There was a problem with the scheduling with the mobile installer, so I had to cancel the installation. Elisa Jimenez (the Customer Care Manager) did a great job to send the tires to my local installer. She communicated well and kept me informed about the status until it was delivered. That's what I would call "Excellent" Customer Service!

Ordered rims tires and TPMS last fall, for the same car. TPMS did not automatically synchronize as advertised. Customer service rep advised me, how to reset / shock/ by deflating and reinflating which did not work either. E mail after that was never replied to. The TPMS doesn't work as advertised, so I could have had regular valve stems installed and saved the cost.

I never buy tires anywhere else. Why would I? The selection would invariably be less, the price more & they wouldn't arrive at my door in days.

Every time I changed anything on the order page it would refresh without my zip code. When I changed the billing address of my credit card, it refreshed the page, but deleted the credit card info.
