The tires are so much more quiet than our stock tires. They were very grippy in both rain and entry surface. We put about 1000 miles on them so far during the winter trip, we noticed a little lower gas mileage by around 3-4 mpg. But that was expected after watching a few long term reviews.

My son's Tiguan is three years old with very low mileage but due to age of the tires I felt best to get him a new set at Tire Rack. They had a ton of options for all season w a more snow related option using their compare tool. Settled on a winter approved Michelin all season. There should be a rebate on these but not this time. Would have like a $100 gift card.

My previous experience was good, I had a problem where someone else's promotional balance was charged to my tire rack card. Called up tire rack and the situation was rectified promptly.

Great prices for tires. Nice to compare tires that you are interested in. Love that I can pick tires up at warehouse if I want to.

Its just easier to do my research, pick a tire or look at my past order history and order it. Then have it shipped to the installer, make an appointment with the installer and get it done.

I purchased Tires, had the new tires installed and Balanced at the Indiana location. My Fried that road with me, bought his next set from the same localocation. I am very grateful for the partnership with Discount Tires, so I can get the same deals with local installer,,,

Installation wasn't the best. When I made an appointment they didn't start on the work until 90 mins later. When finished one tire was only 21 lbs, another was 25 lbs. obviously they didn't check after airing them up. Seems like they would prefer not to just mount and install but would have preferred selling me the tires.

The last time I ordered from Tire Rack they delivered on time as promised. For this current order, I engaged a salesman in a chat window and asked a lot of questions, 3 printed pages of chat. I was comfortable with every answer.

With the searching by vehicle it is very easy to find the right parts, today it was brake disks, but I have purchased tires many times before at Tire Rack and they make finding the right parts simple.

I've looked at multiple other sites and Tire Rack had the best price on the specific tires I was looking for. I'll have them in 2 to 3 business days even the week of Christmas.

Ordered and got my parts by the delivery date. They were quick with processing, and shipping despite the busy holiday season.
Had to cancel from AutoNation. They didn't even process my order over a week after I had placed my order. Still having issue with getting my money back from them.

Overall good, especially with the fact that I was able to schedule installation 2 days after ordering. However, there was a delay in shipping which caused me to have to reschedule
