UPS driver apparently did not comprehend a tire delivery. Stopped a couple of days at house, but left without delivering anything. Called customer service when he left the second or third time, because missing another day would take my vehicle out of service for a week. Tire rack rep apparently grabbed UPS by the throat. My tire magically appeared out of the back of the same truck about half an hour later. Rep followed up to make sure delivery was made.
