My last experience trying to order through tire rack was while I was working for the Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune as the Automotive mechanic. The sales rep refused to provide a quote for the tires requested unless I established an account. After many attempts to explain that I was only allowed to obtain the quote that I was then required to submit to my purchasing department, the sales rep was completely unprofessional and uncooperative to help me. I ended up shopping at a different online retailer for the order of 70 tires. I had not even tried tire rack again after that until now when I discovered you have merged with discount tire. Com. Hopefully this experience will be much better than the last time back in 2015. I've always had good luck with discount tire.
