I've been a Tire Rack customer for many years now. The testing and feedback on tires is fantastic information when you are trying to decide which option to go with. Shipping is fast, and when you need support their team is the best. You might find tires for a few bucks cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find this type of support anywhere else.
Ordered Yokohama geolanders. Love those tires. Bought them twice. Great grip and they last forever. They were the only ones that had the specific iteration and size I needed. Also have used them in the past and trust the company.
Everything was easy enough but choosing the installer I wanted was difficult. I'm sure that installers bid or pay to be ranked highly as a local installation option but they should include a review rating. Armstrong Auto Care in my area is an extremely reputable installer (4.8 stars with 1.5K reviews on google) so I'm taking my car there and they must be a partner of tire rack because they were able to tell me that the tires I ordered are not available for local delivery and coming from the GA warehouse. When I requested this specific tire they told me they didn't have it but could get it from Tirerack for me. They are transparent and if your goal as a site is to provide the best customer experience so I keep ordering from you then give me the best possible experience throughout my journey by weighting the best reviewed auto shops around me, not just the paid partnerships with a rotating door of mechanics.
Tire rack had an issue with shipping and it took longer than expected the first time I ordered a set of tires. They acknowledged the problem and were able to get it fixed with very little effort
Seeing as I have a small hobby farm, I go through a lot of tires on just about everything you can think of, the experience I had, im willing to try again to see how it goes
