Bought a set of Goodyear Dura Trac RTs in January of 25. This January they are almost bald. 50k warranty but you have to jump through ridiculous hoops to get anything done and then it's a 25% discount based on how bad the tires are. So much for the ratings on Goodyear.
This does not reflect Tire Rack at all. They are just the messenger on this, but it is disappointing that you get a crummy set of tires and the end result is you have to beg for more abuse. I had Cooper tires that lasted a little over a year before, and those were junk too. I'm not offroad and doing damage to the tires. This is a daily truck with very occasional towing light loads.

Some foreign object puncture my tire too high on the sidewall and it was deemed "unrepairable". I called Tire Rack, who started a claim and was directed to purchase a new tire, get it installed and send in pictures of the damage. Soon after, I received a check and was reimbursed for the full amount of the purchase price of the tire.

The pick up process was easy and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly. I work a community college with an automotive program so this service is great. I can save money on tires and bring it to the college to have the students mount and balance. It's a win-win. They get some experience and I save money.

Had everything completed and requested Affirm financing (3 month) and site said there was already an account under my email. Went through that long process to change and attempted to complete order.
TireRack software stated there was an issue so called toll free number. Representative said he could not help if I wanted to use Affirm. So, had to start completely over again. Finally completed order.

Wasn't sure how it would work. But it was easy! Searched for the correct size and had a large selection. Was able to get a great tire on sale! Arrived exactly as promised. Will purchase again via TireRack.

Great info and user reviews to help in deciding which tire to buy. Competitive pricing and an installer that comes to my home that I feel I can trust because they are a Tire Rack installer even if independent.

Really appreciate the great prices and fast shipping. There are a lot of installers that you can ship to that are reasonably priced for installation.

Ordered 4 new Blizzecks, great deal, free shipping right to installer of my choice. Tires were lost for a week or so but, finally arrived. Installed and are wonderful!

The days of having loads of wheel options are gone- everything is special order or out of stock, or 3 in stock, or they have fronts but not rears... tires are hit or miss, and now there's some cheap chinese garbage in there now.
Over 30 years, probably a dozen sets of wheels and twice as many sets of tires... but it's not as fun as it used to be.

I received my four new wheels/tires one day early, it was very well packaged, instructions were included and stickers were on the tires to identify sides (directional tires). They delivered what they promised! TPMS were included and car detected them!

So much easier than dealing with high pressure tire sales people with limited options. It is nice to be able to peruse all my options at my own pace and do research on each of the options before I decide. The ease of ordering and getting delivery to anywhere that I need the tires makes my life so much easier. When replacing tires I just look at my previous orders and hit "Buy Again"

I placed an order of wheels and tires to fit my 1974 Porsche targa. The front fit ok (slight rubbing) but rear wheel/tire combination didn't fit well at all. Severe rubbing.

When the website said it would be delivered the next day, I didn't have too much expectations. Sure enough the tires were delivered the next day, unbelievable!

Easy to navigate the website, particularly with my saved vehicles. Comparisons are "side by side" and therefore easy to weigh the distinctions vs price. Great prices, great warranty, excellent customer service and on time delivery of product.
