Multiple tire and suspension part purchases over the years. Every purchase was perfect.
I usually order tires through Tire Rack, however installers that I could previously pay for installation ahead of time were not listed any longer. I suppose this has to due with the Discount Tire buying tire rack and removing their competitors to drive more traffic to their stores. However, the locations don't even accept payment for installation through the website anymore. It was not the tire rack experience I have had before. Probably going to source somewhere else next time. I'm also required to agree to share this feedback through Google and Facebook. Not really a fan of the direction this whole thing has gone.

They always have competitive pricing and now with the partnership with my local tire installer, I no longer need to have tires delivered to my home and haul wheels and tire to the shop for installation.
