TIRE as promised. But I received 3 others the next day. This caused an installation reschedule. Not happy because I have to wait another week longer to get the tire Put on my truck.

They offer a great product and a good price however, the delivery was delayed twice. I'm sure why, but they are now installed and I am very happy with the end result.

My daughter in law needed tires so I ordered her some and she got them super quick. Now my son needed tires and I came right back. Delivery times are even faster now! Love this website

I found a set of very nice tires for my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500. They were marked down nearly half price because these were the last 4 in stock. Phenomenal deal.

My only criticism is that the installation process was not quite completed. After installing new tires, the car requires the settings related to monitoring tire pressure to be updated. This was not done and I'm left with an annoying message on the screen until I figure out how to do it.

I've bought tires from Tire Rack before. If I ever have a question, I can call and someone friendly answers. I've also dealt with the warranty program which is good too.

First time wheel and tire combo, I really hope they come mounted and balanced it said nothing about this in the details of the order. That why only the 4 stars.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was three days. (this order is overnight). Doing a warranty claim for this order, customer service was so easy to deal with. As long as the final process goes like the rest of my experience, i would rate Tire Rack five stars.

Ordering online for tires for me is stressful but Tire Rack makes it much easier. They have the selection and the reviews for each tire i was looking at and I was able to compare and get a good price for a product that was new but tire tested as good as another brand and much cheaper than the highest rated tire..

I've bought 12 tires now, for three vehicles and they've been spot on with far deliveries and correct information.

I especially appreciate the intuitive website and ability to visualize tires / wheels on your vehicle.

Buying the tires was easy. Comparing tires on the website really helped me make my decision. So far, the tires are great. We have snow everywhere right now and the tires handle well. The only problem I had was looking up my order on the website. I could not find it looking in my account. I sent a message and promptly received a message with the order number so I could look it up and print my invoice. I don't know what I was doing wrong.
