I have ordered from Tire Rack for a many of Years and have not been disappointed. Your warranty service is great also. I don't buy tires or wheels from any other source. Good prices and fast service.

Great service but those wheels not the best. Unfortunately there is no better options for this vehicle. I already purchased five times those wheels.

I purchased my Tires at TireRack.com and had them delivered to America's Tire for professional Installation. Tires were ready when promised and installed at the scheduled time. All for a reasonable cost.

I can't believe how easy and amazing ordering tires on Tire Rack is! Every time one of my buddies or coworkers needs tires, I say "use Tire rack!" But they don't... idk if its just ignorance or what but most people just walk into a Tire place and get the cheapest option. I dont think most people think to go online to buy tires. I know you guys sell a ton of tires! However I just dont feel like enough people take advantage of TireRack and should! Maybe your marketing dept should emphasize how easy tirerack is and how outdated the tire shop is. People just aren't that comfortable buying tires online, but they should be! I won't buy tires from anywhere else now unless it was an emergency.

Very fast delivery, excellent product, and great warranty

The process of purchasing tires online is new for me, but very easy once I received additional information from the online chat person. Very easy! I did not receive the tires on the schedule date (delays are always possible) but, I had death in my family and really needed my car to see my family that lives in another state. I borrowed a friend's car. On Monday 19th, I called Discount Tire ( Tire Rack) I spoke with one of the nicest people who arranged for me to come in Monday afternoon, the tires were supposed to arrive by 1:00 fingers crossed. They came. The employees that I encountered from the chat line, to the lady in Indiana who provided quality customer service skills, to the men at the Indian Land location were friendly, smiled and polite with every customer they encountered. I was in customer service for 40 years and always did my best but, working with people every is a skill. I hope they continue the positive attitude. I need an alignment now. I hope the next location Discount Tire are as friendly and professional.
