You guys promote warranty as if its your holy grail yet it takes forever to go through the process, not to mention its designed for people to get denied. Lets be frank who is going to remember every detail when making a complaint especially if they are going to work and had to miss a day because they need a new tire due to some road incident but then have to deal with the sharks of agents via phone after wasting time on the internet making said complaint.
