It's been a while since I ordered from Tire Rack but in past years I ordered all my tires for my Hondas from you. I have never had any issue at all.
One time we ordered a new set of 4 and the size of the tires was good for my car but apparently if you did put this one smaller size on my vehicle you just needed to inflate the tires to like 38-40lbs instead of the typical 32-33 and he called my cell phone to lmk this and I feel like that is definitely above and beyond what most any other places would do. We love tirerack!

I have purchased tires from Tire Rack in the past. Have always found their prices to be very competitive and delivery is usually within 2-3 days. I also had to take advantage of the road hazard insurance one time. Damaged tire was replaced with no hassles.

No real issues with Tire Rack in the past. Preferred Discount Tire Direct, but they just bought them, so... I guess I'm using Tire Rack now. Prices are decent, shipping is okay, rebates and pre-paid gift cards that force you to open a tire-brand-specific credit card are SUPER annoying, but it is what it is, I guess.
