Good experience but price increase on warranty tire that isn't covered by Tire Rack isn't fair. Discount tire would replace tire with same and not have customer buy new tire and wait weeks for reimbursement
Very easy to find the right tires for your car and they come with free roadhazard warranty service. While the coverage is limited to the price of the tire that you pay, you still are covered which is a great thing! Depending on your roads, if its like NYC, then you need coverage because there is a pothole or piece of metal every 2 blocks!

There was a sales person who I dealt with a lot, can't recall the name, he was great, but really everyone has been. Today, George was on the chat. Yesterday, I don't recall name, they helped with questions about wheels for a different vehicle. I wanted 17" rims vs OEM 18" - for more space to protect rims from potholes (I live in CT). Infinity service couldn't tell me about brake clearance. But TR could. I'll make that purchase in a while
