I've shopped prices at local wheel and tire shops and Tire Rack always deliver. Allow me true opportunity to update my thoughts after delivery; however; I've never had an issue. I've used Tire Rack at least 5 times previously.
Tires arrived in a timely matter and exactly as ordered. Tires outlasted the car.
Very attentive staff, helped us when a NY Volvo dealership refused to accept the delivery after they said they would. Helped us redirect the order to another installer.
I ordered earlier and then I thought I was getting my tires on friday 6/20 but when they didn't arrive at shop I had to look for the reason why. Seems it didn't go through the first try, I'm not sure why

Have ordered tire sets for 6 vehicles over the years and just placed order for winter tires mounted on rims for our latest vehicle. This option for obtaining good tires at very good prices and NOT be limited to what local dealer has in stock has always worked out for us. We've have ordered from TR and from DT, each, in the past, and have now ordered twice from the combined entity and have noted no difference in service and only some difference it which tire brands are offered. We have typically obtained winter Nokians and now TR has only summer season available. My only ding
