I bought tires from Tire Rack this time as a 1st I had them delivered to an installer. After they were mounted and installed on my daughter's car I discovered they were dated for 2 years prior. My complaint didn't fall on deaf ears though and Tire Rack did make an effort to make it right.
Ordered multiple tires through Tire Rack and this is the first time y local shop who I have an alignment warranty through is not listed as a delivery location.

Tires were shipped to an installer. When I went to the installer it went great. However, I drove out of the lot and less than a quarter mile up the road ran over something in the road destroying the tire. Tire Rack and the installer coordinated and I had a new tire just days later, for free. Great!
Love tire rack, but one of my tires needs replacing and it would be really great if there was an easier way to buy the same tire. I had to start a whole new order and pick out the tire. Since I do have an account it would be really helpful if it told me what I purchased last time and would I like to purchase the same thing again or something.

The order from tire rack overall was a good experience last time except the delivery was left next to the road at the bottom of our driveway where anybody passing by I could've picked up the tires. And as a woman I had to pick up four tires, put them in the back of my car and drive them up to the house and then take them out of the back of my car. I would prefer them to be dropped off right at my garage. There's plenty of room in the driveway to turn around for a large truck.
