The price was comparable to others. The two things that will make me purchase my 35inch truck tires next are the customer service. I accidentally made a duplicate order, and the company caught it and would not complete the order until I made confirmation on the order. That saved me a huge inconvenience. The delivery came a day early and was placed in a location that was acceptable.

Have purchased tires and tire/wheels combinations several times - good selection, consistent service and delivery. Have used the road hazard service once - process to claim was easy.

Everything was good, 3 tires showed up then the 4 tire showed up which was kinda frustrating but other that that little hiccup everything was great.

Delivery was quick, and installation was reasonanbly priced and quick at Discount Tire location. Only drawback is they don't do alignment. So had to take to another tire shop for that service.

Tires are 9 mos old, picked up a nail near the edge where its not repairable. I'm told the Road Hazard Warranty that comes with the purchase will cover repair or replacement. So far, it appears they will replace, after I submit proof of damage, Tire Invoice and Tire installation invoice. It could be a GREAT outcome. Will report back if I have troubles.
