I've always been a little skeptical of the "free road hazard warranty," but I ended up needing it a couple of months ago and was blown away. I picked up a nail on the freeway, and by the time I got to the shoulder, the sidewall was done for. Filing the claim took just a few minutes, they asked for a few photos of the damage, and my claim was approved within a day or two. I had a check in hand a couple of weeks later—no hassle.

Shipped 3 out of 4 the right size one size was the wrong size and when I took it to Discount Tire to have it installed I had to call Tire Rack (Sister Company) to have it corrected. After getting flack that it was my fault they made it right and replaced it with the correct size that I ordered.

If you need assistance with your purchase, their team is very helpful.

This is a great site to find tire and rims I have gotten multiple different tires/rims for my cars and have never had any issues with them. It is also nice that they give a warranty on tire incase of any road damage. Overall, great site.

I have been a TireRack customer since 2000. The service has done nothing but improve year over year.
Now I get my tires next day and since my van uses run flats, no shop in my area can provide that kind of service... period!

I expected my tires on 6/26/2025 but received on 6/27/2025. Although I received my tires a day after my expectations I was inconvenienced.

I was able to pickup the last set of tires I needed for speed reasons. (Can't remember last date. It was snow tires.)

I blew two sidewalls on a ridge across a bridge span on tires that were about 20% through their lifespan. Tire Rack had my back! The website made it really fast/easy to locate the tires I previously had, and they covered 80% of the cost (the remaining lifespan of the old tires) with just a couple of photos and confirmation from the installer. I also love their collaboration with top-notch installers. Thanks Tire Rack!

I love Tire Rack and Discount Tire. They have the best selection and service. Other companies (I won't name names) have turned me away for simple (and emergency) repairs, but not these folks.
