During my previous order, I ordered a tire size that varied very slightly from what the manufacturer called for. I did this on purpose and with a lot of research behind it. However, It was nice to receive a call to double check if this is what I wanted to purchase. We then discussed the options in case it they didn't fit and was pleasantly surprised by how flexible Tire Rack was. The tires have been perfect and I didn't need to change them. I was left feeling fantastic with the call and my purchase. Will always buy from Tire Rack due to this.
