Ordered multiple sets of wheels and tires from tire rack. First set I ordered, someone reached out to me to confirm the sizes and let me know about how much different it was from stock. I lifted the vehicle so the size I was going for worked, but to have someone reach out and confirm everything really stood out to me. It's nice to see a company care about the customer on the other end, instead of just shipping whatever they ordered.

I used ChapGPT to help me filter through the hundreds of variations in tires. I filtered through three (3) different sizes and dozens of tires for each size. AI works if you use it correctly. ChatGPT helped me pick the tires I bought; That process took about 20 minutes. The many hours of fretting after using ChapGPT, were in my head, in coming to grips with ChatGPT's recommendation. The AI analysis was correct. It was not an emotional decision.
