I have purchased in the past from Tire Rack and am pleased with the products and services. The one hang up that I have is the shipping company that they use. OnTrac on multiple occasions has been late with delivery with no real accurate tracking as to where my products are. I would reach out to them and I would get different conflicting answers. On time they were over 2-weeks later with delivery and Tire Rack being the upstanding company gave me an additional discount on my order but in that situation I really needed the product when promised. As I said earlier I love your company but hate your shipper. I have even asked if I could use a different on at my own cost but it wasn't possible. I now know to only order when I have time on the back end to fight with OnTrac.

Same as before but would like to explore my own custom options, such as buying by wheel size bolt pattern, and offset instead of my car.

Never had an issue using tire rack. I do wish there was a way I could see the largest tire the would fit my vehicle. I also wish they would offer first responder discounts of some sort.
