I have used tire rack for years to purchase tires for my vehicles. They were always informative and the site is easy to use. The prices used to be a lot better.
It was easy & delivery was quick. I even spoke to someone day before & he confirmed that will be delivered the next day. The only problem I have was with FedEx. They just placed tires on the front door but never bothered to ring the bell to let me know tires were delivered. It should be common sense. He probably just threw it up the stairs & went on his way. If it wasn't for the RING I wouldn't have known of delivery. Someone was trying to steal the tires and I saw on the app. I went out to confronted him with a baseball bat. He dropped the tires & ran away.
I got the tires & fit perfectly when they were installed. Happy with the tires

With over 25 sets of tires bought thru Discount Tire, I loved the service, people and the knowledge they gave. With me moving out of their area, I must by now online and find my own "tire guy" to install. I tried the last place but sub par service, I was just a number. At Discount Tire, I was treated as if you wanted my business.
I've been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years. Change is difficult.

This is the 3rd or 4th set of tires i have bought from tire rack. I like how it's setup telling how each tire handles in rain snow etc. always had great luck with tire rack so I continue to buy when needed

You can use your car to preview what the rims will look like on the car, so many options to go over, also the shipping with wheels package awesome! I would use this again!

Easy to search and purchase the right tire at a good price., I just wish they would price match since the cost of the tire went up since the last time, I purchased the same tires just a few months apart.
For some reason when i enter my zip code it won't bring up traction plus tires or let me find on the map but as soon as i type in their zip code it pops up
I love tire rack they make it easy every time. I wouldn't choose another place for tires.
