So far I've had great experience with TireRack. Fast delivery and good warranty to replace damaged tires (crossing my fingers this remains true for me)
The previous tire I purchased from you was dry rotted. It would not hold air after 3 months of purchase. I sent several emails about this but never heard back.
This is probably the 4th time I've ordered had tires drop shipped the installer. No problems and the Tires are first rate!
I used to be able to select Discount Tire as my Ship-To and Installer, but it was not available at check out. Did something change? Discount Tire and Tire Rack are the same company, right?
Overall, the experience was a good one and I was able to find a suitable replacement tire at a reasonable price—certainly much more than my BMW dealership's "special" 4-figure price.
The only thing I found a bit challenging from my mobile (iOS using Safari) experience was that I wasn't able to access my Keeper credentials easily when asked for the password field. Typically I see that it gives not only a strong password selected by iOS, but also the ability to call a password vault tool—Keeper, in this case.
I'm also excited to try a new tire installer that has a direct relationship with Tire Rack, America's Tire. I like the added benefits that they over over my work-local option of Pep Boys.
