The need for tires can come out of nowhere. And they are not cheap. Having a tire rack account along with the bridgestone card allows me to get tires, when I need them, at 0% for six months. Truly the best way to buy tires.

I was able to easily go online and find quality tires with great reviews and a at a good price. There were a number of local shops where I was able to choose one convenient and familiar to me to have my tires delivered straight to them. The shop then called me to schedule putting my new tires on.

Tire Rack has always provided great selection, very competitive prices, and great customer service when I need it. I had a Tire Rack Representative helping me the last time I ordered tires for my Mercedes Benz. I just found out that the tires were not Run-Flat Tires. I am trying to order two new tires for the same vehicle. During check out I was informed that the tires I had previously purchased with the help of your representative were not Run-Flat. Thanks for miss informing me Tire Rack. Thank God I did not have a flat!

I would think these products are the same you would receive anywhere you buy them but due to the number of issues I have had, I am starting to wonder if they are getting them cheaper from the manufacturer due to lower grade of quality.

Tire centers say they can meet Tire Rack's prices, but they never have the tire selection to choose from., I enjoy the ability to choose brand and tread - a selection of tires that far exceeds what the shops have on the floor as options.
