Did not get the rebate on my last order I was supposed to get! Finance department will not let me set up auto pay, it was atrocious, dealing with them in the finance department! The only reason I came back is because it was cheaper for the same tires than discount tire! If I had to use tire rack financing again, I would not buy it. I would go somewhere else! The finance department was just that $#*!ty!

Ordered numerous tires from this company over the years, have received them quickly and always fairly priced A Plus recommendation.

They delivered the tires fast and I got the whole thing done cheaper than any other place. Wish the tire replacement and related things weren't run by AI though.

I read review after review, found the Bridgestone Dueler Ascent AT met my needs bought them. They got delivered to the shop, I called and made my appointment. Shop installed in and hour and I was driving.

I had ordered Pirelli Weatheractive, which were not EV rated. After I got the tires mounted I found that they were very noisy. Now, I am ordering another set of tires which are EV rated, and will go through the warranty process to get refund for the old tires.

I wish that I would have received a caution from Tire Rack (since they are the Tire exerts) that informed me that choosing a tire that is not EV tuned for my Tesla may cause a noisy ride. I understand people can make whatever choices they make, but a caution statement would have made me think twice before ordering.

I'm a repeat offender, so I knew that buying tires from Tire Rack would be easy, without any problems. Once again my expectations were fulfilled! My sales rep, JR was outstanding at identifying the differences between the top tire options for my Acura RDX. From ordering, to delivery and installation, every detail was executed perfectly. Bottom line: I was able to purchase my Firestone tires for more than $100 less than I could have from the local Firestone store.

I have alway had great customer service, timely shipping and deliver and very good quality of tires. Never had a bad experience in 10 years. Thank you!

I had them shipped last time and they arrived quick and easy, this time I'm picking them up at the warehouse to save a couple bucks. Both methods work great, was able to figure out what I wanted and make it happen.

Live chat helped answer question about how long purchase can be held and was told up to 2 weeks, which gave a me a clear of mind to worry about pick up when I am free.

Tire Rack has been the best way for us to purchase our tires at a reasonable price and quality tires. This will be our second purchase but not our last!

I have used Tirerack for purchasing tires and even suspension for years. The setup is super easy and their reviews are a great source of info.

It was delivered quickly although I wish they had times where delivery could made later, so I can be home to receive the tires to avoid porch pirates.

I have had a tire for one week and it has a bubble popping out. I don't understand why I have to buy a new one while you process my claim.

Tire Rack is the only way to get wheels and tires, for at least the last 25 years. Love tire rack, and have enjoyed using their wheel visualizer since the early 2000s back when there was nothing else like it!

Easy process to order, could be made simpler by adding the vehicle VIN rather than having to hunt town the exact model details.
