Excellent prices, arrived in less than a day ready to go.

The rack itself is nicely packaged, and of high quality. However the lag bolts provided are very low quality. I pre-drilled the holes as directed to, but had one bolt snap off deep in the wall (using just a wrench, not a power tool). These bolts are very soft (China). In my opinion they are not adequate for the 400 Lb rating. Recommend recipients discard those bolts, go to the hardware store and purchase quality bolts before installing.
