My tires were delivered to the Tire Rack suggested installer, but I wasn't notified by the installer or Tire Rack that they had arrived. So the tires sat at the installer for several days. I missed my chance to have them installed while I was off work for a few days, and now I have to wait another week for my next day off while the snow continues to pile up!
The ordering process was smooth otherwise, and though it was inconvenient, I appreciated them taking the extra step to confirm order to prevent fraud.

I was led to believe that you should only order tires and have your car serviced by the dealers that sell the cars. They tend to be overpriced and inconvenient. While the tire rack website is a little wonky for brand new model year cars (they didn't have 2021 models in their system), once I figured out which tires to order it was a very easy and quick process. The tires were delivered the next day to my installer which was incredibly fast and within 48 hours of hitting the buy button my winter tires were on my car.

Easy to navigate good price, I was impressed by the amount of money I saved!

Ordered rims through Tirerack with free delivery to my local Firestone. Note that I had previously visited the same location to diagnose a tire issue, and they found that the rim was cracked at the weld. I ordered the rims off Tirerack, called the store to alert them that these were my rims and I had the wheels that the tires would transferred from. They said that was fine. When we went to drop off our wheels, the associate, whom we had not met before that day, was incredibly rude and refused to transfer our tires. These were wheels off our camper so therefore they had very few miles and very little treadwear, but were older tires (2013). The rims were horrid looking, the tires in perfect condition. We ended up taking the time and tires to my regular tire place, they had no issue transferring them, plus they were less expensive.

Great service from Tirerack, very disappointed with Firestone.
