When I still picked a tire that may not have been suitable for the particular sub-model of our van, customer service contacted me by email to ensure that it was right. Shipping (included) was very fast, the tires were delivered by UPS within two business days. The price of the brand name tires I bought was about 15% lower than that of a large competitor.
