Easy to find which tires fit my truck, delivered within 5 days of ordering, and had the best price compared to the couple other sites I checked (including Costco). Was recommended by a mechanic friend of mine and I will reccomend to others.
The tires were very easy to order and then they directed to to an installer which was easy as well.
The only problem I had was they didn't let me know up front about the installer would be charging me to put them on because I thought that was included in my purchase from tire rack. With that added charge I could have just bought the tires from tire barn and not had to wait on delivery and setup an install to get them put on. Next time I'll just get them from tire barn and be done.

I placed my order on 8 January. Over the weekend, I did not see a UPS update after 1130 Friday night. I called UPS and got no where. I called the Tire Rack customer service number on 12 January. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. He was able to determine that UPS could not find the tires. UPS began to investigate and found the tires in another state. They were delivered and installed today (14 January). I was very happy that Tire Rack was able to resolve this in a timely manner.
I received a excellent service. The chat helped me a lot in the process of making my decision.
