Very disappointed with NTB wasting my entire day as they were not looking or keeping the tire delivered by UPS in a place easily seen. UPS failed to get signatures of person receiving the item and I was forced to go back home and contact Tire Rack.
I was told to get tires from tire rack. Their site was easy to navigate, picking a tire was simple, and shipping to a close by auto shop was easy. Would recommend.

Also since the tires weren't in stock at the warehouse where I normally pick up the tires he had them shipped to me at no additional charge. I was floored by this level of service and attention to detail. Any other retailer would have sent me the wrong items and not given two cents.
