I'm a car enthusiast and I love after market wheels. There are so many different variations, sizes, offsets, etc, that must be considered when purchasing wheels and tires. It's great when you can trust that you are being sold the right wheels and tires. I have purchased the wrong items from other companies and it was just a waste of my time. Again, trust is very important when purchasing something as important as the wheels and tires for your vehicle. The wheels and tires are the only thing that separate your vehicle from the road. Trustful professionals, quality parts, fast shipping, and real customer service, that's "Tire Rack"!

I ordered a set of Blizzack Snow tires mounted on new steel rims, with Chevy TPMS sensors installed. They shipped very quickly, too quickly as it turned out. The first problem was when I discovered they had forgotten to include the lug nuts. After a quick call to customer service, they shipped a set which arrived the next afternoon. Once I had put the tires on my Chevy Cruze, I found the second problem when I attempted to reset the TPMS sensor to the car. My sensor reset tool still could work on my old tires but didn't pick up anything on the new tires. I called again and the customer service rep said they would send a set, but that needed to be approved. Then I got a message that since "it was very unlikely they forgot to install the TPMS sensors" I had to take the car to a local service shop and have them dismount a tire from the rim to prove they were missing. After I sent them photo proof of the inside of the wheel, they sent out the sensors. Then I had to schedule with my local service shop to have them installed and pay them. Of course I had to pay for that and wait for refund from Tire Rack. A few days later I finally got my refund.
Tires are great. My lesson learned. Don't order anything to be shipped after a major holiday.

As always, a great experience with TireRack. With decades of personal experience with them, they've always come through (with wheels/tires/suspension for multiple performance vehicles)... this time with stabilizer bars for my fun '03 Boxster S, which should make it more fun after the H&R Street Performance coil-overs received from T/R and installed last year. The bars were received in perfect shape and can't wait to get them installed. Never disappointed.
