I went ahead and opted to use one of your installers (a local Tire Kingdom). Bad experience there. Long story short, I paid them $80 to mount four tires, and they gave me back 4 damaged wheels.

Cheap and fast. However, the service installers recommended on your website for pep boys on jamacha was horrid. It took two and a half hours to mount a singular tire. Incredible. Had an appointment, and not busy. Estimated time given was 30 mins. But as far as the tire experience with tire rack itself? Phenomenal.

Tire rack is my go to shop for tires. They usually arrive within 2 days.
Ordered and received tires in less than a week. Have been doing business with Tire Rack for some time and have always had excellent results. Great pricing and then when shipping is thrown in for free it makes it all the better. I can order from Tire Rack, have tires locally installed, with new valve stems, and still come out cheaper than buying the same tires at Mr. Tire, NTB, BJ'S or other tire shop.
Tires showed 3 days early. Used tired rack 2 times in my life. Both times exceeded expectations.
Side note. One label said 205 65 15... tire was the right size 205 55 16... just the label was wrong
I'm try with aftermarket work at all but when I'm trying for my oem sensor i can't find the sensor brand name otherwise for aftermarket really nice

I usually get my orders from Tire Rack in one day, this time was two days due to being out of stock at the nearest distribution center. I say that jokingly of course. Even on their worst day, I got my tire in two days. Tire Rack is super dependable and always gets my order to me expediciously!

Tire Rack online ordering and shipping was fast and efficient. I will buy another pair of tires from them in the near future. They had the right brand and size tires I was looking to replace for the front pair on my car so as not to have different brands on it when only changing otu two tires. I will look to replace the back pair shortly as money is tight but the price was right for these two tires and my local shop balanced and mounted them and all is well in the world.
