SInce I don't order standard snow tire sizes for good reason (narrow width to cut through snow doesn't match specs), I can't enter my vehicle details and this makes it hard to get warranty service for road hazard, etc.because the vehicle was not on the invoice. You need to fix that. Today you said the brand I wanted was not available in the size I wanted and it's not listed in the sizes manufactured under the brand but I was able to pull it up anyway through playing with the specifications on different pages, not the main page. How come? Go look yourself on the site--Vredstein Wintertrac Pro is supposedly not available in 205-50-17, only 205-55-17, but I'm PURCHASING IT NOW.
Customer service has been excellent when I've had road hazard problems.

I have always loved Tire Rack and Discount Tire, but our last visit to Discount Tire ended up with broken lug nut and a weak long repair at local shop. What a total pain. For all our trouble; nothing. However, I have always been super happy with service from Tire Rack.
