Shipping was fast and great, whoever handled the packaging handled it very poorly one of the boxes had damage and the deliver man did not ask for a signature and he didn't knock so my packages sat outside till I saw them. I opened the damaged boxed and the lip to one of my wheels were chipped.
Easy site to navigate and a fantastic selection to choose from. Order was delivered the following day to the shop I was using. Great experience from my 1st purchase at Tirerack.

Very fast delivery. I ordered the tires at 2 PM on Friday and we will delivered to my installer at 10:30 Saturday morning. Since it came from Connecticut to western New York I thought that was excellent.
Best in the biz! Got tires and wheels in a Winter package for about 200 less than I could get anywhere else, delivered and installed at Firestone for about 25 bucks.
I knew the brand, model and size I wanted. They had them in stock and sent them. Not much else to say.
I ordered a set of tires for my daughter and picked the wrong size. They were very helpful in correcting the problem and arranged to have the tires picked up and getting the right tires on order and delivered the next day. I have used Tire Rack a lot over the years and they always take great care of me. Lowest price, quick delivery, great road hazard, and super service! Will continue to use them!
