This is my second time back to the site in a few weeks. Very easy to navigate, see reviews, make a selection, and have them drop-shipped to a local garage. The whole process only takes a few minutes. One of the best website layout/designs out there!

Dissatisfied with delivery. The tires were left in front of the wrong address without a signature when a signature was required. The tires were left out for 2 days over the weekend until boulder valley automotive opened up on Monday and realized where the tires were; at a business next door.
Couldn't believe the service. Order Thursday at noon mounted tires were delivered next day before noon to Warroad. MN. A town on Canadian border. Came as promised

Installers have very varying prices as compared to whats listed on your website. Would be better to have it more streamlined since i had to cancel one order due to the installer surprising me with the double the cost as compared to whats listed here.

The product I needed was easily found. The transaction and delivery to a installer was seamless and fast. Scheduling needed to be adjusted directly with the installer but that wasn't difficult at all.

The order was split with the first 2 tires being delivered by UPS incorrectly. No fault of Tire Rack. Customer support worked with the shipper and the order was found at a neighbor's home. Appreciated the assistance and follow up
