The delivery man left the command out without warning; yet there was someone present in the house. So it was only at the end of the day that we realized that the order had been delivered, we could have had the order worth almost 3000 dollars! When I ordered the software never warned me that the amount would be in US, that makes a big difference in amount. I could have had the same product in Montreal for much cheaper. My first experience with you is not very conclusive.

I purchased great tires on clearance, had them shipped to a local tire store, who then installed, balanced, and aligned my front end. I was happy all the way around.

So far so good. Hunter (my chat representative) helped me with my decision. They arrived at my door (although I could have had them shipped directly to my mechanic). I tested my car using a sound pressure meter (SPL) app on my smartphone -- first with the former tires, then once the new tires were installed and there was a 5 decibel difference travelling the same roads. Maybe this is because they are new, but *man* are they quiet!

I was looking for new tires for my wife's BMW 440i. The original Goodyear Eagle F1s had lasted nearly 30K miles and were very harsh riding. I wanted a better ride, and more miles but they still had to be BMW approved run flats. Tire Rack carries a set of Pirelli P-Zeros that our local dealer could not get with the higher mileage I wanted. The new set arrived as described and the ride is so smooth. Thank you Tire Rack!

I never buy tires at a store anymore. TireRack is my one stop shop for all the cars in my family. I don't care what you need. This is my 6th time buying tires at Tire Rack. I had a issue with a defective tire and called them up. I had a replacement tire shipped an on my car in only a couple of days.
