08/04/21 -- I was a bit skeptical, but was wonderfully surprised at the ease and delivery AND quality of the product. I will definitely do this again and recommend.
I will only get my tires at tire rack! This is the second time I've gotten tires and I haven't been disappointed at all! I received three tires two days after I placed my order I live in the mountains and I was shocked at how quickly I got them. My concern was, "where is my fourth tire", I got a response extremely fast explaining why they have to sometimes break up orders. The fourth tire came the following business day just like they said it would

The delivery date said 7/30 but when I checked out online it said the delivery date has now changed to 8/2 which was unacceptable. However, since I needed the tire urgently I went ahead and made the purchase. I do not like details being changed without explanation. But it arrived on 7/30 which met my expectations so I am now pleased with the outcome. The warranty experience was not great because the warranty claim site was down despite the service rep telling me it wasn't. I ended up emailing my claims info in and I'm told it's being processed….
