I was really surprised that the lugs, lug tool, and center hubs came with the wheels. I ordered these wheels from the new castle delaware distribution center parking lot. Within 20 minutes they brought them out on a cart and loaded them on the back of my pickup. I don't think we have ever bought tires from anywhere else but tire rack. The customer service is a little lacking in the product knowledge and usage department, but always great products at the lowest prices! ASAP tire service, tire rack's mobile installer, was a seamless way to complete my purchase. Although it could be less expensive for installation as I could have gone anywhere to get my tires installed for the same, if not cheaper, price.

You guys rock... as always, need six stars, your service has always been great. I have been a customer for so many years and it was great back then and great today.

Easy I ordered the wrong tires, they shipped on time I was able to return directly to the New Castle DE store and was back in business in a day. The last hurdle is seeing 825.00 credited back to my card for the incorrect order that was returned.
